Louis Pion is recruiting a Sales Associate for a fixed-term contract (CDD) at 21 hours, based at its Carré Sénart boutique in Lieusaint. The role covers customer advice and sales, store presentation and replenishment, simple watch repairs, after-sales service, special orders, deliveries and inventory; a watchmaking qualification is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Advise customers and tailor sales arguments to their needs.
- Process customer payments.
- Promote Louis Pion and grow sales.
- Help maintain the store, create window displays and replenish merchandise regularly.
- Know the store’s assortment and present its brands to customers.
- Handle simple on-site repairs, including bracelet adjustments and strap changes.
- Manage after-sales service requests and follow-up, as well as special orders.
- Check deliveries and conduct inventory counts.
- Showcase the jewelry selection.
- Provide a satisfying customer experience from initial welcome through payment, including repair intake and after-sales follow-up.
