Louis Pion Sales Associate role in Lieusaint, France. 24-hour weekly fixed-term contract with watch and jewelry retail expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with attentive, personalized service
- Advise clients and develop tailored product recommendations based on individual needs
- Process transactions at point-of-sale
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance
- Maintain store appearance and execute regular window displays and stock replenishment
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the in-store product offering and all represented brands
- Perform basic on-site watch repairs, including sizing and bracelet changes
- Coordinate watch and jewelry repairs, after-sales service inquiries, and special orders
- Receive and verify deliveries and conduct inventory controls
- Curate and showcase the jewelry selection
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Customer-focused approach with demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with capacity to adapt behavior and approach to varying client situations
- Strong brand ambassador qualities
- Horology diploma or equivalent certification (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Prior retail or luxury goods sales experience is beneficial; expertise in watches and jewelry is advantageous.
