Louis Pion seeks part-time Sales Associate (21h) in Le Mans. Join the French leader in luxury watch and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers with attentiveness and warmth
- Advise clients and develop personalized product recommendations aligned with their specific needs
- Process transactions at point of sale
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and actively develop store sales performance
- Maintain the store environment, execute window displays, and ensure consistent merchandise replenishment
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and present brands to customers with expertise and passion
- Execute simple repairs and adjustments in-store, including watch sizing and bracelet changes
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on after-sales service requests and special orders
- Receive shipments, verify deliveries, and conduct periodic inventory counts
- Curate and highlight the jewelry selection
Qualifications
- Strong customer orientation and genuine passion for watches and jewelry
