Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with attentiveness and professionalism
- Advise clients on watch and jewelry selections, developing persuasive product recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Process transactions and handle cash register operations
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and develop sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation and window displays while ensuring proper stock replenishment
- Demonstrate knowledge of the in-store offer and present the 60+ watch and jewelry brands available to customers
- Execute basic on-site repairs including resizing and bracelet changes
- Manage repair requests, after-sales service inquiries, and special orders
- Verify deliveries and conduct inventory counts
- Curate and highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm
