Louis Pion is hiring a Sales Associate for a two-month fixed-term contract at 20 hours per week in its Grenoble Grand Place store. The role covers customer service and sales, simple watch repairs, after-sales requests and special orders, store presentation, inventory and delivery checks. The position offers fixed remuneration over 12.5 months, performance-related variable pay, personalized onboarding and sector-specific training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Advise customers and tailor sales arguments to their needs.
- Process payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales.
- Help maintain the store and create window displays, ensuring regular replenishment.
- Know the store’s product offering and present the brands to customers.
- Carry out simple on-site repairs, including bracelet sizing and strap changes.
- Handle and follow up on after-sales service requests and special orders.
- Check deliveries and conduct stock inventories.
- Showcase the jewelry selection.
