Louis Pion seeks a Sales Associate (CDD 35h) in Fenouillet for watch and jewelry retail, offering training and career growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide clients through the store experience
- Provide expert product consultation and develop tailored sales arguments based on client needs
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance targets
- Maintain store merchandising, organize window displays, and ensure regular stock replenishment
- Present the full brand portfolio and explain positioning of partner brands across the luxury and accessible segments
- Execute minor on-site repairs including watch resizing and bracelet changes
- Coordinate after-sales service requests and special orders
- Receive deliveries and conduct inventory audits
- Curate and showcase the jewelry selection
Qualifications
- Client-focused orientation with ability to build trust-based relationships

- Horological training or certification (preferred)

Skills
Experience
