Louis Pion is recruiting a Sales Associate for a 34-hour fixed-term contract (CDD) at its Claye-Souilly boutique. The role covers customer service and sales, simple watch repairs, after-sales follow-up, special orders, stock and window presentation, deliveries and inventory; the position can lead to management roles.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers.
- Advise customers and tailor sales arguments to their needs.
- Process customer payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and grow sales.
- Maintain the store, create window displays and replenish stock regularly.
- Know the store’s product offering and present its brands to customers.
- Carry out simple on-site repairs, including resizing watches and changing straps.
- Handle after-sales service requests and follow up on them, as well as on special orders.
- Check deliveries and conduct inventory counts.
- Showcase the jewellery selection.
Qualifications
- Customer-oriented.
- Able to act as an ambassador for the brand, build trusted customer relationships and provide personalised solutions.

Education
A qualification in watchmaking is preferred.
