Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients through their shopping experience
- Advise customers on watch and jewelry selections, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Build and maintain client relationships to promote the Louis Pion brand and maximize sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation, organize window displays, and ensure regular product replenishment
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and fluently present 60+ partner brands and Louis Pion proprietary collections
- Perform basic on-site repairs including watch resizing and bracelet replacement
- Manage customer service inquiries, coordinate after-sales support, and track special orders
- Receive and verify deliveries; participate in inventory control procedures
- Highlight the jewelry selection with expertise and enthusiasm
