Louis Pion Sales Associate, Caen: Full-time contract role in luxury watches and jewelry retail at Galeries Lafayette.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with professional expertise and genuine engagement
- Provide personalized product consultation and develop sales arguments aligned with individual customer needs
- Process transactions at point of sale with accuracy and efficiency
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive revenue growth through active selling
- Maintain store presentation standards and manage window displays with regular product restocking
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the store's watch and jewelry offerings and present featured brands effectively to customers
- Execute basic on-site repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate repair requests, after-sales service, and special orders with diligent follow-up
- Receive and process deliveries and conduct inventory controls
- Highlight the jewelry collection with strategic merchandising
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction throughout all interactions
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in horology or watchmaking (preferred)
- Strong customer service orientation with demonstrated ability to build client relationships
