Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentiveness and professionalism
- Provide expert product consultation and develop tailored sales arguments aligned with client needs
- Operate point-of-sale systems and complete transactions accurately
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive revenue growth through consultative selling
- Maintain store standards, manage window displays, and ensure regular stock rotation
- Develop and articulate comprehensive product knowledge across all brands stocked
- Execute routine watch repairs on-site, including watch sizing and strap replacement
- Manage after-sales service requests and coordinate special orders with precision
- Receive and verify deliveries; conduct inventory counts and reconciliation
- Highlight and merchandise the jewellery collection to maximize visibility and sales
Qualifications

Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience in watches, jewellery, or luxury goods is preferred. Experience in a client-facing sales role with a focus on consultative selling and relationship building would be advantageous.
Education
Diploma in horology, watchmaking, or jewellery is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
