Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through the buying journey, providing personalized consultations aligned to individual preferences and requirements
- Develop compelling product presentations and sales arguments tailored to customer needs and aspirations
- Complete point-of-sale transactions with professionalism and accuracy
- Cultivate brand loyalty and expand revenue by actively promoting Louis Pion collections and partner brands to customers
- Maintain store presentation through regular stock replenishment, window displays, and visual merchandising execution
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the in-store offering and articulate the heritage and specifications of all represented brands
- Execute straightforward watch and jewelry services including resizing, bracelet replacement, and initial repair assessment
- Manage customer after-sales service inquiries, special orders, and warranty claims with meticulous follow-up
- Monitor incoming deliveries, reconcile inventory records, and conduct periodic stock counts
- Elevate and showcase the jewelry collection with compelling visual and narrative presentation
Qualifications
- Client-focused orientation with demonstrated ability to build trust-based relationships
- Track record of delivering results through proactive sales execution and performance accountability
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach, with openness to evolving customer needs and market dynamics
- Preferably a diploma or formal training in horology or watchmaking

Skills
Experience
Retail or customer service experience in luxury goods, watches, or jewelry is preferred; however, motivated candidates with strong sales fundamentals and genuine passion for horology will be considered.
Education
Diploma in horology or watchmaking preferred; otherwise, secondary education or equivalent combined with relevant retail experience.
