Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients through the purchasing journey
- Provide tailored product consultation and develop persuasive sales arguments aligned with client needs
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation, including window displays and regular restocking
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across 60+ watch and jewelry brands
- Execute simple in-store repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate after-sales service, special orders, and customer follow-up
- Verify deliveries and conduct inventory audits
