- Participate in store reporting, CRM updates and follow‑up actions to nurture repeat business;
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a recognised work‑study (alternance) or apprenticeship program in retail, commerce, hospitality or a related discipline;
- Strong customer‑facing orientation with professional presentation and polished interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and evenings as required by boutique scheduling;
- Legal eligibility to undertake an alternance contract in France (if applicable).

Entry‑level role suitable for candidates at the start of their retail career; previous experience or internships in luxury or premium retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
