Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to luxury clients and cultivate long-term relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs by both consultative selling and strategic upselling.
- Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice across the women's ready-to-wear range, communicating fabric, fit and provenance with confidence.

Qualifications
- Fluency in French; professional working knowledge of English is strongly preferred.
- Proven retail experience, ideally 1–3 years in fashion or luxury apparel; prior exposure to women's ready-to-wear is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, impeccable grooming and a client-focused demeanour suited to luxury retail.
- Flexibility to work store hours including evenings, weekends and peak sales periods.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail inventory procedures; aptitude for CRM usage is desirable.
