Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑end client service to cultivate loyalty and convert footfall into sales.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge of watches and related accessories and provide tailored advice to clients.
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales process using the boutique POS/CRM, including quoting, transactions and after‑sales follow up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and contribute to store KPIs through proactive clienteling and outreach.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards and visual merchandising to reflect the maison’s luxury positioning.
- Receive, inspect and manage stock; assist with inventory counts and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues and boutique management on promotions, events and VIP appointments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally within watches, jewellery or premium accessories (1+ years preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑centric orientation.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Legal right to work in France.

Experience
Experience in upscale retail or a watch/jewellery boutique is preferred; candidates should demonstrate a history of delivering excellent customer service and meeting sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; vocational training in sales, luxury retail or horology is a plus.
