Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, consultative customer service to a luxury clientele and convert interactions into sales for watches and jewelry.
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalised clienteling, follow-up and after-sales support.
- Achieve individual and concession sales targets and contribute to team KPI performance.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with store procedures.
- Maintain product knowledge of timepieces and jewelry collections, including technical features and brand provenance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and inventory accuracy are upheld for the Royal Quartz concession.
- Adhere to loss-prevention, security and compliance procedures within a high-traffic retail environment.
Qualifications
- Proven frontline retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewelry or luxury goods.
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, customer-facing manner.
- Ability to learn and articulate technical product information for timepieces.
- Right to work in France and willingness to work retail hours including weekends and peak shopping periods.

Experience
Proven experience in frontline retail selling, preferably within watches, jewelry or luxury retail environments; prior concession or department-store experience is advantageous.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or watchmaking is a plus.
