Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized welcome and consultative sales approach to each client, emphasizing bespoke solutions and product excellence
- Present, highlight, and contextualize premium timepieces and jewelry pieces within the collector and connoisseur landscape
- Execute clienteling activities through digital tools, developing and nurturing a personal client portfolio
- Identify and implement targeted CRM actions to drive client loyalty and repeat engagement
- Ensure meticulous after-sales service follow-up and customer care coordination
