Galeries Lafayette–Royal Quartz seeks Sales Advisor for Lyon boutique; luxury watch and jewelry retail role with CDI from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized welcome and consultative service to each client entering the boutique
- Listen to client needs, provide tailored guidance, and execute consultative sales strategies aligned with bespoke service standards
- Showcase product excellence and present exceptional timepieces and jewelry pieces from over 50 prestigious brands
- Execute clienteling initiatives through digital tools and CRM platforms to build and nurture a personal client portfolio
- Develop targeted marketing actions and relationship-building activities to expand the client base and drive repeat business
- Contribute actively to the daily operational life of the boutique, including merchandising and store maintenance
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service, warranties, and client satisfaction to ensure seamless post-purchase experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a similar luxury retail or premium service role
- Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with ability to build trust and deliver personalized solutions
