Louis Pion seeks Sales Advisor for Cannes boutique—full-time watch and jewelry retail role in France's leading horological distributor.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers through the entire sales journey, from initial inquiry to transaction completion
- Provide tailored product recommendations and sales arguments aligned with individual customer needs and preferences
- Process transactions and cash management with accuracy and professionalism
- Drive revenue growth and brand advocacy for Louis Pion among the clientele
- Maintain store presentation standards, including window displays and regular stock rotation
- Develop and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all brands and collections offered in-store
- Perform basic watch and jewelry servicing on-site, including sizing adjustments and bracelet changes
- Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service requests and special orders
- Conduct stock receipt inspections and execute periodic inventory counts
- Curate and present the jewelry selection to maximize customer engagement
