Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, high‑quality client service to cultivate long‑term relationships and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
  • Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sale system accurately: process transactions, returns and warranty claims; handle cash and electronic payments.
  • Manage stock reception, inventory counts and replenishment; report discrepancies and participate in loss‑prevention measures.
  • Support after‑sales service for timepieces, coordinating repairs or servicing with authorized workshops when required.
  • Contribute to team objectives, participate in store meetings and assist with opening/closing duties as scheduled.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales aptitude with a customer‑centric approach; prior experience in watches, jewellery or fashion retail preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with discerning clients.
  • Numerate and detail‑oriented for transaction accuracy and inventory management.
  • Availability to work a full‑time schedule (CDI, 35 hours/week) including weekends and peak trading periods.

Skills

Experience

Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within watches, jewellery or premium fashion; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets is an asset.

Education

Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in sales or luxury retail (BTS, CAP) is advantageous.
