Louis Pion seeks a Sales Advisor (CDI 35h) in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, France for watches and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through their shopping experience, building relationships of trust
- Provide expert product consultation and articulate tailored recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale activities
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance
- Maintain store presentation, including window displays and regular restocking
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all represented brands and collections
- Execute simple in-store repairs including watch resizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate and follow up on after-sales service, special orders, and customer inquiries
- Receive deliveries, conduct inventory controls, and maintain accurate stock records
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm and attention to detail
