Louis Pion in Toulon seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD 4 months, 24h/week) for boutique sales, client service and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive, personalised customer service to maximise conversion and basket value.
- Advise clients on watches and jewellery, articulating product features, craftsmanship and after‑sales services.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system, process transactions, returns and exchanges with accuracy.
- Maintain boutique presentation standards through visual merchandising, window dressing and housekeeping.
- Manage stock intake, replenishment and inventory counts; support loss‑prevention procedures.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and participate in promotional activity and events.
- Handle client enquiries and follow up to cultivate long‑term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proven customer‑service orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a 24 hours/week schedule, including retail peak times (weekends and holidays as required).
- Reliable numeracy and experience handling cash and POS transactions.
- Legal right to work in France.

Experience
Previous retail experience is expected; one to two years in a boutique or watch/jewellery environment is preferred but not mandatory for candidates demonstrating strong sales aptitude and product affinity.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail or watchmaking/jewellery is a plus.
