Louis Pion is hiring a Sales Advisor in Thoiry (Val Thoiry) — join the boutique team for a CDI 25h position with Louis Pion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, qualify needs and provide personalised advice on watches and accessories to convert visits into sales.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through active selling, upselling and clienteling.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service including fittings, basic adjustments and management of returns or repairs with external service providers.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards; ensure product shelving, tagging and signage meet brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions, and complete daily till reconciliation.
- Manage stock reception, replenishment and participate in regular inventory and stock counts.
- Record client interactions and sales in the CRM; proactively develop and nurture a portfolio of repeat clients.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Numerical accuracy and experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- Professional presentation and respect for luxury retail standards.
- Availability to work a retail schedule including weekends and peak shopping periods.
Skills
Experience
Ideally 1–2 years of retail sales experience; prior experience in watches, accessories or luxury retail is an advantage but motivated candidates with strong sales records will be considered.
Education
Secondary education (Baccalauréat or equivalent). Vocational training in retail or horology is advantageous.
