Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and walk-in customers, ensuring an elevated boutique experience.
- Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through active selling, product storytelling and upselling techniques.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining compliance with cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines, including window and floor displays, to reflect brand identity.
- Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Record client data and follow up proactively through clienteling activities to build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Fluent spoken French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
- Proven customer-facing retail skills with an emphasis on luxury or premium products.
- Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a polished professional presentation.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail experience, ideally within luxury or premium fashion; demonstrable success in meeting sales targets and providing high-touch customer service.
Education
Secondary education completion (Baccalauréat or equivalent) preferred.
