Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build lasting client relationships (clienteling) to drive repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge of watches, straps and accessories to advise clients on features, care and after-sales service.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, including cash handling, card transactions and reconciliation.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and boutique presentation to uphold brand standards and seasonal floor moves.
  • Receive, manage and replenish stock; ensure accurate inventory records and support stock counts.
  • Handle client enquiries, bookings and after-sales requests professionally, liaising with store management and service teams as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support a positive boutique atmosphere and participate in team meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

  • Secondary-school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational qualification in sales or retail is a plus.
  • Previous retail experience, preferably 1+ year in watches, jewellery or luxury goods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable with basic cash-handling procedures and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to work a 35-hour schedule on a permanent contract (CDI) including flexible retail hours, weekends and peak periods.
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail consistent with luxury retail standards.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred, ideally within watches, jewellery or another luxury/accessory category. Proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality customer service.

Education

Secondary-school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; vocational diploma in sales/retail or luxury retail training is advantageous.
