Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-calibre, personalised customer service to build loyalty and convert footfall into sales.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive client engagement and upselling.
- Maintain expert product knowledge of watches and accessories to advise clients on features, styling and after-sales care.
- Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and warranty procedures accurately and in line with company policy.
- Contribute to merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory controls and visual standards within the boutique.
- Support daily store operations including opening/closing routines, loss prevention and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Record client details and sales activity in CRM systems to support future clienteling and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude; prior experience in boutique, watch or luxury accessory retail is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Numeracy and accuracy for transactional duties and stock control.
- Ability to work a regulated retail schedule, including weekends and evenings as required.
- Presentation and grooming standards appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail sales experience; experience within watches, jewellery or luxury accessories is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in sales or retail is a plus.

This position is based in Saint-Priest, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France, within easy reach of Lyon.
