Louis Pion Sales Advisor position in Nice, France – Full-time (35h/week) customer-facing retail role in watches and jewelry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients, assessing their preferences and requirements
- Provide tailored product consultation and develop persuasive sales arguments aligned with client needs
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation, including regular restocking and window displays
- Develop and articulate knowledge of in-store inventory and featured brands to clientele
- Execute basic on-site repairs including watch sizing and strap replacements
- Coordinate and track after-sales service requests and special orders
- Conduct delivery inspections and complete inventory counts
- Highlight the jewelry collection and drive product awareness
