Sales Advisor position at Cartier, Paris CDG Airport. Groupe Galeries Lafayette seeks luxury retail professional for two-month contract (July–September 2026).
Role & Responsibilities
- Extend personalized welcome and tailored consultation to each client, guiding selection and presenting product excellence
- Curate bespoke product recommendations and present exceptional pieces that align with client preferences and aspirations
- Execute clienteling activities through digital tools to nurture long-term relationships and ensure privileged client accompaniment
- Develop and expand personal client portfolio while implementing targeted CRM actions to drive repeat engagement
- Actively participate in daily boutique operations, maintaining merchandise presentation and operational standards
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service requests, ensuring seamless post-purchase client support
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of demonstrated success in a similar luxury retail or high-end service role
- Fluent French and English; knowledge of a third language is advantageous
- Client-centric orientation with proven ability to establish trust-based relationships and deliver personalized solutions
