Cartier seeks a Sales Advisor (Conseiller de vente) in Roissy‑en‑France (CDI). Permanent boutique role delivering luxury client service and sales.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, anticipatory client service to a discerning clientele, building long‑term relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultation, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge across jewellery and watch collections and communicate provenance, materials and technical details to clients.
  • Execute clienteling activities: manage appointments, follow up on leads, update CRM records and nurture after‑sales relationships.
  • Deliver impeccable boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock presentation, housekeeping and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle payments and returns, and ensure confidentiality of client data.
  • Support inventory control, receipt and reconciliation of stock, and collaborate with security and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Participate in promotional events, product launches and team briefings; adapt to rotating shifts including weekends and peak travel periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to deliver luxury-level client service and polished interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable sales orientation with a history of meeting or exceeding targets; clienteling experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentational skills; professional, discreet demeanour suited to high‑value transactions.
  • Availability to work boutique hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays; eligible to work in France.
