The Sales Advisor serves discerning clients in the menswear department at Galeries Lafayette Haussmann, delivering personalized service from welcome through checkout while developing sales and client loyalty. The role is a permanent contract (CDI) at 35 hours per week and includes fixed pay over 13 months, variable pay and other stated benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome, advise and support a discerning clientele, delivering a personalized sales experience.
- Master the products, trends and codes of premium and luxury menswear.
- Grow revenue through sales of products and services.
- Build client loyalty by establishing lasting relationships based on trust.
- Process transactions in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain the sales floor through merchandising, replenishment and collection presentation.
- Ensure the sales space and products are presented impeccably.
Qualifications
- Passion for menswear and knowledge of premium and luxury codes.
- Ideally, experience selling menswear, accessories or high-end products.
- Ability to meet the expectations of premium clients and provide personalized support.
- Excellent service orientation and a genuine interest in client relationships.
- Results-oriented, with commercial acumen to grow revenue.
- Attentive and adaptable, with the agility to take on new challenges.
- Enjoys teamwork and contributing to collective success.
- Speaks English and is comfortable advising and selling to international clients.
