Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a bespoke, high-touch client experience through proactive greeting, personalised product advice and attentive after-sales service.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, suggestive selling and relationship cultivation.
  • Manage CRM activity and clienteling: capture client data, schedule follow-ups, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Maintain boutique presentation to brand standards, including visual merchandising, window dressing and daily housekeeping.
  • Operate point-of-sale transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns/exchanges in accordance with brand policy.
  • Monitor stock levels, participate in replenishment and stock-taking, and liaise with inventory or logistics teams to resolve shortages.
  • Support in-store events, private appointments and trunk shows; coordinate with the boutique manager on VIP client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer-facing experience in retail; prior experience within luxury fashion, accessories or leather goods is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and build a portfolio of repeat clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
