Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized, discreet client service and cultivate long-term relationships with a high-net-worth clientele.
  • Present and demonstrate mechanical watchmaking products with authoritative product knowledge and storytelling.
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management.
  • Manage transactions using point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate processing of payments, warranties and documentation.
  • Maintain boutique standards for visual merchandising, window displays and product presentation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee stock accuracy, receive and verify deliveries, and liaise with the inventory/after-sales teams for allocations and repairs.
  • Record client interactions and sales activity in the CRM; develop personalised outreach and remarketing opportunities.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality, security procedures and compliance with internal controls for high-value merchandise.

Qualifications

  • Proven luxury retail sales experience, ideally 2+ years selling watches or high-end jewellery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Demonstrable ability to build lasting client relationships and manage a personal client portfolio.
  • Strong numeracy and transactional accuracy; able to handle high-value sales with discretion.
  • Fluency in French is highly advantageous for a Paris boutique; proficiency in English desirable.
