Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, assess needs and deliver personalised product advice with emphasis on watches and accessories.
  • Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling and effective cross-selling.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and convey technical and stylistic features to clients.
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions and manage payments and receipts.
  • Ensure merchandising standards and visual presentation meet brand guidelines; replenish stock and manage inventory on the sales floor.
  • Handle after-sales service queries, warranty processes and basic repairs/referrals according to company procedures.
  • Contribute to daily store operations, including opening/closing duties, loss-prevention and housekeeping of the boutique.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail sales experience, ideally in watches, jewelry or fashion accessories.
  • Demonstrable client-service orientation with strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
  • Commercial sensibility: numeracy, attention to sales KPIs and ability to close transactions.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and peak seasonal periods; able to work a fixed-term contract.
  • Legal right to work in France.
