Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers with attentive, personalized service
- Provide expert product consultation and develop persuasive sales arguments aligned with customer needs
- Process transactions at the point of sale
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive commercial performance
- Maintain store presentation, merchandise displays, and ensure regular stock replenishment
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and present brand collections to clientele
- Execute basic in-store repairs including watch sizing and bracelet changes
- Coordinate after-sales service, special orders, and ensure customer follow-up
- Receive deliveries, conduct inventory checks, and manage stock controls
- Showcase jewelry collections with engagement and passion
