Louis Pion seeks a Sales Advisor for its Montpellier boutique. Full-time CDI role offering commission, training, and career progression in luxury watches and jewelry retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers through the full sales journey with personalized service
- Provide expert product consultation and develop tailored sales arguments aligned with customer needs
- Complete transactions and process payments accurately
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales performance targets
- Maintain store appearance, refresh window displays, and ensure regular product replenishment
- Develop and communicate knowledge of all in-store offerings and brand portfolios
- Perform basic watch repairs on-site including sizing and bracelet changes
- Manage after-sales service requests and coordinate special orders
- Receive and verify shipments; conduct inventory audits
- Highlight the jewelry collection with care and passion
