Louis Pion in Montpellier seeks a Sales Advisor (CDI 35h) to drive sales and deliver exceptional client service in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client service: welcome customers, assess needs, present product benefits and close sales of watches and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain boutique standards: visual merchandising, stock replenishment, price tagging and presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately; process payments, returns and after‑sales service requests.
- Support inventory management, stock counts and loss-prevention procedures.
- Build and maintain client records and follow-up communications to foster repeat business and enhance lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales aptitude with strong customer‑centric orientation.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets with demonstrated persuasive selling and clienteling skills.
- Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal communication and strong commercial awareness.
- Availability to work a 35‑hour weekly schedule including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal authorization to work in France.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of retail sales experience; experience within watches, jewellery or fashion retail is an advantage.
Education
Secondary education or vocational qualification in sales/retail is preferred but not required; on-the-job boutique training provided.
