Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized client reception and consultation, guiding customers through curated selections of luxury watches and fine jewelry with expertise and sophistication
  • Present and highlight the exceptional quality and heritage of exclusive product collections, facilitating discovery of distinctive timepieces and jewelry pieces
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of clientele through proactive clienteling initiatives, leveraging digital CRM tools to deliver tailored product recommendations and engagement
  • Execute targeted CRM actions and customer relationship strategies to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business
