Louis Pion is hiring a Sales Advisor in Lescar (Pau), France — permanent retail role advising customers on watches and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers, establish needs and deliver personalised advice on watches and accessories to convert sales.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and client follow-up.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through clienteling and CRM activities to encourage repeat business.
- Operate the point-of-sale, process transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments securely.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, replenish the sales floor, perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising to reflect brand positioning.
- Coordinate basic after‑sales service: handle returns, exchanges and liaise with repair/service partners as required.
- Ensure compliance with store procedures, loss‑prevention measures and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal and commercial skills with a customer‑centric approach.
- Demonstrable sales orientation and ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories.
- Comfortable operating POS systems and handling cash; numeracy and attention to detail.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.
- Legal right to work in France.
Skills
Experience
At least 1 year of retail sales experience is preferred; prior experience selling watches or jewelry is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
