Louis Pion in Cannes seeks a Sales Advisor (CDD 4 months). Temporary boutique role selling watches and providing client service in Cannes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high-quality client service and product advice to meet individual customer needs and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets through consultative selling and effective clienteling.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain boutique merchandising standards and visual presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, replenish sales floor and assist with loss-prevention procedures.
- Provide after-sales support including warranty handling, repairs intake and client follow-up.
- Contribute to store events and local promotions, and ensure compliance with store policies and health & safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and closing transactions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commercial and service-oriented mindset.
- Strong numeracy and reliable cash-handling discipline.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak trading periods, for the full 4-month contract.
- Professional presentation and the ability to represent a premium retail brand.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1+ years of retail sales experience; experience in watches, jewelry or luxury accessories is highly desirable.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational retail training or certification preferred.
