Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and accompany customers with attentive, consultative service
- Advise clients on product selection and develop tailored sales arguments aligned with customer needs
- Process transactions at point of sale with accuracy and professionalism
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive revenue growth through effective selling
- Maintain store presentation, conduct regular stock replenishment, and execute window displays
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of in-store product offerings and the brands represented
- Execute simple on-site repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate and track after-sales service requests and special orders
- Verify incoming deliveries and conduct inventory counts
- Showcase the jewelry selection with passion and expertise
Qualifications
- Preferably qualified in horology or watch science

Experience
