Galeries Lafayette seeks a Sales Advisor for children's fashion at its Toulouse store. 2–4 years luxury retail experience required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and guide customers through their shopping journey, providing personalized styling advice in the children's fashion category
- Drive revenue growth by identifying customer needs and recommending complementary products and services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at point of sale
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, including window displays, product arrangement, and shelf replenishment
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships and loyalty through attentive, consultative service
- Demonstrate expertise in current fashion trends and the children's apparel market
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales within premium or luxury brands (2–4 years minimum)
- Strong fashion market knowledge with demonstrated interest in children's wear
- Exceptional customer service orientation and relationship-building abilities
- Adaptability and openness to new challenges
- Professional presentation and communication skills

2–4 years of sales experience in premium or luxury retail environments, preferably within children's fashion or apparel
