Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized welcome and consultation to each client, listening to their needs and delivering bespoke product recommendations
- Present and showcase the excellence of Cartier timepieces and jewelry collections, highlighting exceptional pieces and heritage
- Execute client relationship management through targeted digital touchpoints and personalized follow-up activities
- Develop and nurture a personal client portfolio, identifying cross-selling and retention opportunities
- Participate actively in daily boutique operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance
- Manage after-sales service coordination and client follow-up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet individual and boutique-level commercial targets through disciplined sales execution
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of demonstrated success in a similar luxury retail or high-end service role
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous
