Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients through the customer journey with attentiveness and expertise
- Provide tailored product consultation and develop persuasive arguments aligned with customer needs and preferences
- Execute sales transactions and manage point-of-sale operations accurately
- Promote the Louis Pion brand identity and cultivate client relationships that drive revenue growth
- Maintain store presentation standards, execute visual merchandising, and coordinate regular inventory replenishment
- Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of in-store merchandise and the brands represented
- Perform basic on-site watch repairs including sizing and bracelet replacements
- Coordinate and track after-sales service requests and special customer orders
- Conduct delivery inspections and participate in inventory reconciliation
- Highlight and promote the jewelry collection with passion and authenticity
Qualifications
- Fluent English proficiency
- Customer-centric orientation with proven ability to build trust and deliver personalized solutions
- Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
- Behavioral flexibility and adaptability to evolving situations and client demands
- Preferably, formal qualification in horology or equivalent horological training
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience in a luxury or selective distribution environment is preferred; familiarity with watches, jewelry, or high-value goods strengthens candidacy.
Education
Horology diploma or equivalent formal training in watchmaking or jewelry is preferred; secondary education minimum required.
