Louis Pion in Brest seeks a Sales Advisor (full-time, 35h) for a permanent boutique role selling watches and accessories.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, client-centric service: welcome customers, qualify needs, demonstrate product features and close sales of watches and accessories.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and follow-up.
- Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising according to brand guidelines, ensuring product presentation and window displays are impeccable.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and ensure accurate sales administration.
- Manage stock: receive deliveries, perform replenishment, conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Provide after-sales support including warranty handling, repairs coordination and maintaining customer records.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute to store initiatives and support peak trading periods including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Proven customer-facing retail experience, ideally 1–3 years in watches, jewelry or premium accessories.
- Strong commercial orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; polished presentation appropriate to a luxury retail environment.
- Numerical accuracy and familiarity with cash handling and POS procedures.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in France.
Skills
Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably within watches, jewelry or other premium accessory categories. Experience in a boutique environment and familiarity with clienteling best practices is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales, or watchmaking is a plus but not mandatory.
