Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany clients with attentive, personalized service
- Provide expert product consultation and tailor sales recommendations to customer needs
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and professionalism
- Drive brand awareness and commercial performance for Louis Pion
- Maintain store presentation, merchandise displays, and inventory replenishment
- Perform basic watch repairs on-site, including sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate after-sales service, special orders, and customer follow-up
- Conduct inventory controls and receipt processing
- Present the jewelry and watch collections with passion and expertise
