Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service to clients, converting enquiries into sales and cultivating long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, product demonstrations and upselling complementary accessories.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge of watches, straps and accessories to advise clients accurately on features, warranties and care.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and handle cashing-up in accordance with company procedures.
- Ensure boutique presentation standards: visual merchandising, replenishment, stock rotation and participation in stocktakes.
- Manage after-sales queries and warranty processes, coordinating with store management and central services as required.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing market feedback, client insights and supporting store promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Commercially minded with proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Numerate and reliable with experience in cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
- Flexible availability including weekends and bank holidays; able to work a 14-hour weekly schedule as a permanent contract.
- Professional presentation and an affinity for watches and fashion accessories.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail sales experience is preferred; 1+ years in fashion, watches or accessories is advantageous but not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
Education
Secondary school diploma or equivalent (Baccalauréat or vocational qualification preferred).
