Galeries Lafayette seeks an apprentice Sales Advisor in watchmaking & jewelry at Paris CDG Airport (Roissy). 1–2 year programme with luxury retail training.
Role & Responsibilities
- Extend a personalized welcome to each client, establishing rapport and assessing client needs
- Listen attentively, counsel, and guide clients through custom-tailored purchasing journeys
- Showcase the excellence and heritage of the collection, presenting exceptional timepieces and jewelry with expertise and passion
- Execute clienteling strategies using CRM digital tools to maintain and develop a personal client portfolio
- Develop targeted client relationship management initiatives aligned with boutique commercial objectives
- Contribute actively to the daily operations and presentation standards of the boutique
- Manage after-sales service inquiries and follow-up with care and professionalism
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree programme (Licence, Master 1, or Master 2) in Commerce or Luxury Management
- Prior successful experience in high-end retail or luxury sector preferred
- Demonstrated maturity and poise when engaging with discerning clientele
- Natural interpersonal ease and impeccable professional demeanor
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is an asset
- Reliable transportation or residence near the airport facility to accommodate flexible scheduling

Ideally, prior successful experience in the high-end or luxury retail sector. However, candidates with a strong service orientation and demonstrated maturity may be considered.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (Licence, Master 1, or Master 2) in Commerce or Luxury-focused programme.
