Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and accompany customers throughout their shopping experience
- Provide expert product consultation and tailor sales arguments to individual customer needs
- Process transactions and manage point-of-sale operations
- Develop the Louis Pion brand presence and grow sales revenue
- Maintain store presentation and refresh window displays with regular stock rotation
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and brand positioning to clientele
- Execute basic in-store repairs including watch sizing and bracelet replacement
- Coordinate and track after-sales service requests and special orders
- Verify deliveries and conduct inventory audits
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with passion and professionalism
