Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exemplary customer service: welcome clients, assess needs, advise on watches and accessories, and close sales.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and cross-selling.
  • Manage transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
  • Maintain in-store visual standards and merchandising guidelines; implement product rotations and promotional displays.
  • Oversee stock handling: receive deliveries, perform inventory counts, and report discrepancies.
