Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver highly personalised, client-focused service to cultivate long-term relationships and secure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and product storytelling.
- Manage the full sales cycle: greet clients, demonstrate product features, process transactions via POS and ensure accurate cash and card handling.
- Proactively develop and maintain client records using the store CRM; follow up on leads and coordinate private appointments.
- Support visual merchandising and weekly floor standards to preserve brand presentation and stock rotation.

Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience (typically 1+ years), preferably within a premium or luxury brand.
- Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and perform consultative selling.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, polished presentation.
- Numeracy and attention to transactional accuracy; reliable cash-handling practices.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Legal right to work in the hiring country.

Experience
Minimum of one year of direct retail or luxury brand sales experience; prior clienteling or boutique experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; post-secondary studies in retail, luxury management or a related field are advantageous but not required.
